App version 7.450 (9028) Map version United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland v720.1802 PocketGPSWorld.com Speed Camera Database Version 6.014 23 JAN 08 1) Copy the contents of the "SD_CARD" folder to the root of the storage card 2) Install TomTom Navigator 7 with the "TTN_7.450.9028.cab" provided 3) Start TomTom and look up your DEVICE ID from TomTom, which can be found in the file "ttnavigator.bif" on the storage card under DeviceUniqueID 4) Copy the "TTN7" folder which can be found in the "CRACK" folder the the root of drive C: 5) In the "TTN7" folder right click on "Edit, Save, Open.bat" file and click Edit 6) Where it has "XXXXX-XXXXX" enter your DEVICE ID from the "ttnavigator.bif" file 7) Save the changes to the "Edit, Save, Open.bat" file then open it 8) A file called "United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland-14.meta.dct" should appear. 9) Copy this file to the "United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_v720.1802" folder which can be found on the storage card 10) Put storage card back in your PDA then run TomTom Navigator 7 Enjoy! Tested on Acer n35 PDA and works

Nice upload. One question, does your clock on the N35 go nuts when running TT7? Mine does and TT7 also 'jumps' around on the map. Do you have the same issues with this TT7?

Hi, managed to get it worked. Thanks to djchewmacca; great TTN7. Got the answer; Vista won't work for step 5. Use XP instead. TQ again.
I am using the Samsung Omnia i900 and am new to the whole torrent thing I have got everything going but cannot the ttnavigator.bif file so I dont know were my uniqe number is and also I have no maps any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My mate had the same problem on his n35. However I didn't on mine. It turned out to be the firmware of the PDA. He was running on the later SE firmware which was causing all the problem.

Firstly, a massive thank you to the uploader for this toprrent as it works perfectly.
I HAVE THE SAMSUNG OMNIA i900 AND I USE XP AS MY OS. AFTER ABOUT 4 HOURS OF STRESS I MANAGED TO INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE AND I'M NO COMPUTER WIZZ!
SO I FEEL I OWE SOMETHING BACK, I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU ALL EXACTLY HOW I DID IT.
DO THIS FIRST IN YOUR OMNIA.... START>SETTINGS>CONNECTIONS>USB CONNECTIONS>CHECK BOX MASS STORAGE>DROP DOWN BOX, STORAGE CARD>OK
1. once you have downloaded this torrent on you pc, you will notice it's a zip file. Right click it, ' extract all here' (i use 7zip, its free to download just google it)
2. follow step 1 in the 'how to' file included in the torrent. (the root of the sd card on your omnia is just START>FILE EXPLORER>STORAGE CARD)
3. follow step 2 in the 'how to' file. (you must either unplug your omnia from your pc or if you have removed the sd card from the omnia, put it back in. START>FILE EXPLORER>STORAGE CARD>SD_CARD>TTN_7.450.90...
When it asks you were you would like to save the install files, choose storage card.
4. Nearly there. Follow step 3 in the 'how to' file. now go START>PROGRAMS>TOMTOM
The program fires up and you get a message saying "no maps found" thats normal. It will ask if you would like to download a free map, keep clicking next untill it starts trying to download. an error message pops up and says that it can not download, thats normal. Exit from the browser on your omnia.
Now here is the bit most get stuck on so read carefully. Plug your omnia back into your pc, now a box should pop up, click on 'open folder to view files'. This folder represents the files stored on your omnia's storage card. on the storage card you will see a file called ttnavigator.bif. Double click on this file, at first it may say that windows can not open this file (trust me, it can it's just stupid!). A box has popped up allowing you to choose a program to open this file. Check that option and click next or continue. Find the program 'Note Pad'. Double click on it and the .bif file will open. In the file is lots of text, about 6 lines down you will see a code next to 'DeviceUniqueID' WRITE IT DOWN< KEEP IT SAFE.
5. follow step 4 in the 'how to' file. Read slowly, whats it asking you to do? On your pc you have un-ziped a torrent (the one you just downloaded for TT7 Navigator) Now this unzipped torrent could be stored anywhere on you pc's hard drive. What step 4 is asking you to do is find the folder TTN7, right click it, copy, now on your pc click START>MY COMPUTER>LOCAL DISC C: scroll mouse curser over the box that pops up, right click your mouse button then click paste.
6. follow step 5 in the 'how to' file. Remember, you have to follow this step using the file that you have just pasted into the root of the C:\ drive (not the same file stored elsewere with the un-zipped torrent) So you have right clicked on the 'Edit, Save, Open.bat' file. Now click edit. Where the text says "XXXXX.XXXXX" remove the quotation marks and the X's but leaving the decimal in the middle, enter your code that you wrote down earlier. Then click file>Save then close it.
7. Now follow me. Double click on the file "Edit, Save, Open.bat" A box flashes up then disapears, wait for it............. a file called United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland-14.meta.dc is made.
8. Your omnia should still be pluged in to your pc but if not then do it. Right click on the file you have just made in the step above and click copy. Now copy this file into the folder called "United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_v720.1802" and this can be found on the storage card in your phone inside the folder 'SD_CARD' (im sure you have by now learnt to navigate through you phones storage card using you pc).
9. Okay, you no longer need the torrent or your pc so unplug your phone from the pc.
The next part is what took up most of those 4 hours I mentioned earlier.
On your phone.... Click START>FILE EXPLORER>STORAGE CARD>SD_CARD. You will now see folders called ZIP, VOICES, RASTER, UNITED_KINGDOM... These folders have to be copied to a different part of your phones storage one by one starting with the United kingdom folder. Holding your stylus down over the folder a box appears, click copy. Click 'up' twice (or until you get to the "my Device" section. Click 'My Storage' now holding down your stylus(but not over any file or folder) a box appears, click paste. CONGRATS you have copied the first folder now go back to 'Storage Card' and do the next one. NO NEED TO COPY THE FILE "TTN_7.450.90...
When all the folders listed above are copied to the 'my storage' part of your phone then turn it off and back on again. Almost done.
Your tomtom 7 software should now start up, go through tomtom's start up wizzard. At this point you will NOT get a GPS Signal. Let me help you with that....
In tomtom touch the main map screen
change preferences
right arrow to 6 of 6
show gps status
configure
scroll right arrow untill you get to 'other NMEA GPS receiver
Select
GPS Baud rate 4800, done
Com7:
Done
Exit tomtom
Start>Settings>System>Enhance gps, (check ENABLE in both parts the click XTRA Data Downloa) Click ok and wait till that has finished.
Click ok to come out of there, now go into 'external gps' PROGRAMS COM7, HARDWARE COM9 baud rate 4800, ACCESS manage gps automatically TICK.
Click ok to come out of there.
Turn your phone off and back on.
Wait till your outside then fire up tomtom7, satalite should be found in under a minute.
Ill be viewing responses to this post for 2 weeks so any problems, write it down and ill reply.

i followed all steps but it says activation code failed. This code is not for UK/ROI. Any clues. I have Samsung omnia.
