This works :) It takes a while to extract/update/verify, maybe around 8 minutes.

I upgraded by connecting my iPod Touch, then holding the option key whilst clicking on the 'update' button in iTunes.

Thanks for the download, worked perfect, just updated on a 1.1.4 Ziphone jailbroken iTouch! too bad the new jailbreaker is only for MAC atm :(

Actually You can use winpwn 2.0.0.3 to jailbreak 2.0 as long as you have the 5A347 restore and not the 5A345
