nothing wrong with my comp downloaded loads of mkv files 2 out of 6 are ok i have 5 players on my comp all out of sync. you can't even copy to a dvd with these files you fucking idiot, have a look at rick steves europe great hd and you can put them on dvd

You obviously should stick with the xvid releases, x264 is too much trouble for kids who don't what the fuck they're talking about.

There is a way to get this on dvd without losing quality. At least i believe so, i haven't done this yet but i am pretty sure u can. All u have to do is rename the mkv file to a divx file and burn it on a dvd and play it in a divx formatted dvd player. Just uncheck hide extensions for known file types in the Folder Options View Tab and rename the file. It should work. (XP) - Go to My Computer, Click tools, Folder options, view. It will be underneath the Hidden Files and Folder options.

or you could DL mkv2vob & have a different format in minutes then burn to a disc as data without losing quality.

To all the newbies who think the "mkv" video files are damaged: "You're so wrong".I used to have the same sync problem, but after several days of research I found out that my pc is the problem. For some reason the same movies that in other computers play real good, well the image was out of sync with the sound in my pc. Right now, where I am is late night i gottta go 2 sleep, gotta work tomorrow, but I promise I'll post tomorrow trying 2 explain how I solved the sync problem".
