well now that the tomtom navigator 7 is floating around we can use the v7 maps but the only thing is how do we crack it ? i am missing the last step since my tilt does not have the ttsystem file. any ideas ?

Tip: Make sure you get your device from your TomTom (not the sticker on the bottom). The way I did this on my TomTom 510 Go is by tapping on the Satellite level meter when in the main map mode. Then, click on the Version number icon near the bottom right, above the "Done" button. Then, you'll get the code you need...and remember, don't type the spaces!

I got it working in my tomtom one 2nd edition until today, when doing updates with the software it kicks out the map and goes to guam only.

followed the directions exactly as you said, now my tomtom one 3rd ed. freezes at the main startup screen. good thing i backed up my orig. files.

finally got it working. just had to wait a few minutes....

HI thanks for the upload its seems really great but i have one problem....does anybody have any idea what to do if there is no ttsystem file?? im installing it on my Pocket PC but there is no ttsystem in my root .im new at this help!!!
