The issues are due to the torrent being too big for older players (I mean 2001 "old") not with the files or the encoding. Who's the reader for these books? What collection are they ripped from?
When I check for Wheel of Time audiobooks I can only find some read by Michael Kramer and Kate Reading.
But this collection seems only to be read by a single male?

yep.. im another victim of the whole pause/skip problem. For me it plays wonderfully until about 4 min in the FIRST chapter and then its just silent. My iPod is still on and has the "playing" symbol on top left of screen but the audio is just silent.
Once i left it like that to see if it would finally continue (the time froze at 4:42 or whatever it was, can't remember), and put my headphones loud so that i would hear if anything would come up.
Finally about 10 mins later i hear the guy say "Chapter 40: The Web Tightens". So basically it skipped all 40 chapters..... weirdddddddddddddddddddddddd
I'm looking for a solution. Do i have to re-rip the files? (i don't even know what re-rip means.. well kinda but not really) :(

i have got the first chapter now but it does go back to the beginning when it comes to 14:41

Ok! :D so here is whats up! I hadn't had any problems until book 2 of this series. I had it on my iPod but then it would only play for like 3 or 4 minutes and I knew it was longer than that. So heres what I did.
Select all of the mp3 files -> Right Click for Properties -> Click on the Summary Tab -> Under the Description part you will see (multiple values) what is on each song is a bunch of numbers. Replace the comment part with a space or something just to replace the numbering. -> now Re add the songs to iTunes and sync with your iPod!

some more seeds would be amazing heh
I've heard alot of people wondering about the files not playing all the way through. This happened to me, and I've found that if you download the files, use a converter (I don't know what to use on a pc, but on my mac I'm using the application Switch) to convert the files from mp3 to mp3. It sounds silly, but so far it HAS worked for me, I just finished listening to the 3rd book. Hope this helps! Please seed!
I have no problems with this torrent, but I do have one peeve. Can some one please seed New Spring, I have all of it except 15% on the last two files and its been that way for a week now.
