Works...but does not for what I am trying to do...I've got some png files and some vlc files...What Am I Supposed to Do, Here, People???

png is a picture file
VLC is not a file like MPEG or WMV, it is a media player, that you play media (mp3,wma,ogg music, or MPEG, WMV, AVI video) on

I must really comment on this app..which i just came to, and realized I had DL'd this from you months ago, but it was forgotten.
Just now installed it, and I am VERY impressed.
I only have used it to convert ogg files to MP3 so I can save them on my PS3...flawless, and simple to use, and very descriptive.
If I were to create a video converting program, it would look alot like this one...thanks matey

This program sucks for anything other than standard video types. In that case I can think of about a dozen other better programs to convert standard videos. What really annoyed me was that if there is a video that it can't convert instead of telling you no or not allowing you to try it lets you and goes on to attempt to convert. After waiting (Sometimes 30+ min for a large video) it finishes and does nothing. No error, no blank video file, no nothing. Very frustrating.

and i dont mean winrar, i want to shrink the avi file and keep it an avi file to fit on dvds, untill i purchase bigger dvds
